The transmission of this information is optional and left to the discretion of the Member. VAN AMBIANCES invites it to exercise caution in transmitting information concerning itself. The Member undertakes to transmit only personal information concerning him and content on which no third party appears and of which he is the owner of intellectual property rights. It is always possible to switch to “hidden navigation”. The Member is invited to do so if he wishes to restrict the access of other Members to his information. The Member is advised to be very careful when entering his geolocation. The Member may also be required to enter a specific address when creating events. He is advised to be very careful when entering this address and invites other Members to join him. VAN AMBIANCES may collect the addresses provided for the creation of events or the city provided by the Member in order to make better use of its Site. VAN AMBIANCES is authorized to delete any Data posted online by a Member who violates this Privacy Policy or the Site’s Terms and Conditions. In the event of repeated or sufficiently serious breach, VAN AMBIANCES may temporarily or permanently delete a Member’s Account. 3.
